OMG! I love to cook, especially bake. You will have to thaw out the chicken before seasoning I'm afraid. It won't be long though. All you need to do is put the meat in a plastic bag, and with run it under COLD WATER! After that you can season is with anything, marinade or fresh season, your choice. If you are using dry spices only, then rub them on, if it has liquid in it, then put it in a bowl and put the ingredients in with the meat and mix with hands. I hope I helped. Remember, if you need any more help, you know what to do. ;)

You can put the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and run cold water over them until they are thawed.

WARM WATER IN THE SINK IS WRONG!!!!! unless you want to visit the hospital.. chicken should be thawed in the refrigerator, in a pinch it may be thawed under running COLD water as posted above ..

Put the chicken in the microwave and use it right away

You can begin baking while it's frozen, I do it all the time.
Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the chicken, place it in a dish with a cup of water or chicken broth. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour, then take off the lid and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, turn, the chicken over, and bake another 15 minutes.

You can bake it frozen.Mine always turnout.I brush them with oil or butter and add the cajun seasoning( I use quit a bit).A little broth or water in the pan and cover with some foil.Baste them a few times while baking and uncover to brown a little before there done.Bake at 300-325 for 45 mins. - 1 hour.Depending what size they are.

Sorry but baking it while frozen is retarded and the flavors won't taste that great. Thawing chicken in warm water will cause bacteria grow most rapidly in the range of temperatures between 40 ° and 140 °F, doubling in number in as little as 20 minutes. Only way to to run it under cold water, or thaw it in the fridge.

NEVER EVER THAW CHICKEN IN WARM WATER!!!! As other posters have said you will wind up seriously sick!! Just make sure that you always keep hot foods hot, and cold foods cold, as they say in the industry. Another great alternative to take advantage of is the microwave, there are usually special settings that can navigate you a bit and it's quick, but the cold water works too. Good Luck and Happy Feasting!!

Sorry but you have to thaw the meat unless your using a pressure cooker. Put some warm water in the sink and place the frozen chicken in the water until it has thawed ***make sure the chicken is in a closed bag or container*** (this could take from 20 to 30 minutes to thaw), after it has thawed then you can add your seasonings and place in the oven. I would say bake for about 30 to 40 minutes on 350 degrees. To check for doneness just cut into the chicken if it's not bleeding or pink then your good to go.
