Is olive oil healthier to cook with than corn, canola, and vegetable oil?!

Question: Corn and canola oil are healthy substitutes for vegetable oil. Olive oil is used for specific dishes, especially salads, and cannot be used as substitute in all dishes because of its own strong flavor.

For example, it is not advisable to use olive oil in Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Malay cooking.

Grapeseed oil is by far the healthiest to cook with and to use with salad dressings

a variety is best. OO contains monounsaturated fats, which have been found to be heart-healthy. But canola and sunflower oils are polyunsaturated, also healthy. Just use a mix in your diet and you'll be fine.
