What is a good recipe using Velveeta?!

CHEESE - NOODLE - BEEF - CASSEROLE
______________________________________...
2 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow noodles, cooked per directions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown beef and onion; drain off fat. Add salt and pepper. Mix in tomato and mushroom soups. Stir in cooked noodles. Grate cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.

Make some nachos with it- very good.

Sorry, there's no such thing as a good recipe using velveeta. ~Shudder~

RANCHO CHICKEN

1 (3 pound) chicken, cooked, de-boned and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1/2 to 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Cayenne pepper
1 medium size bag Doritos, any flavor

Place cubed chicken in oblong baking dish. Salt and cayenne pepper to taste, (remember that cayenne pepper is very hot, so a little goes a long way). Place chopped onion and cubed cheese over top of chicken.

Mix Ro*Tel , soups and broth together. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over chicken mixture.

Crush Doritos and put 1/2 over soup mixture. Pour rest of soups in and top with remaining Doritos. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.

crockpot dip (mix equal parts velveeta and cream cheese with cooked meat and some veggies)

Melt it and stir in a can of hotdog chili. Serve with chips. Yum
Melt and stir in salsa. Yummmmm

use rice instead the macaroni, just boil it about 15 min and use the cheese, milk and the stuff u like in macaroni and tastes great, also is healthier than pasta

1 pound cheeze
1 can rotel stewed tomatos
1/2 pound sausage of ground beef cooked
melt cheeze in micro add toms and meat, great cheese filler.
or dont mix in meat and have a spicy chip dip

The best recipe ever!

Cook a pound of ground beef with some garlic and onion powder. Drain fat. Return to a casserole dish. Cook macaroni (shells preferably). Layer beef, macaroni, cheese, croutons and bake under 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yummy!

Flan is a perennial favorite at my house
try some flan
1 cup sugar , caramelized
6-10 eggs , well beaten
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash cinnamon

Coat tube pan with caramelized sugar.

Allow to harden, then place pan in container with ice cold water until the caramelized sugar cracks.

Mix other ingredient in order, stir well and pour in mold.

Place mold in pan with 2" hot water in preheated oven.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until firm.

Let cool, then invert& unmold.

Decorate with fresh berries or edible flowers, if desired.

1lb. ziti 1 can stewed tomatos 3 eggs 4 cups milk salt & pepper to taste Boil pasta (do not over cook) In blender put all ingrediants and blend. Put 1/2 pasta in baking pan cover with layer of velveeta cheese.put remaining pasta on top.Poor mixture on top.put 6 teaspoons butter or margerine on top and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min. it will be creamy. Serve this by itself,or along side a roast,chicken,turkey. Try it. It will suprise you.

I've had these yummy chicken enchiladas before that used velvetta, I never really added the cream cheese, but subsituted it with more velvetta.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup green peppers
8 ounces cream cheese , cubed
8 ounces salsa (divided)
8 6-inch flour tortillas
3/4 lb Velveeta cheese , cut up
1/4 cup milk

Directions
1. Cook chicken, green pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa on low heat until cheese is melted.
2. Spoon evenly down center of each tortilla.
3. Place, seam side down, in lightly greased baking dish.
4. Stir Velveeta and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth.
5. Pour over tortillas.
6. Cover with foil.
7. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes; pour remaining salsa on top.

brown some sausage. you can use hot or mild it just depends on your taste. cube up a big block of velveeta and put in a high crock pot. Ad a couple of cans of stewed tomatoes with the juice. Make sure you stir as the cheese melts. After your sausage has browned, drain the fat and add to your cheese and tomato mixture. Serve this with tortilla chips. This is a dip that I make at parties. It is very easy to make and people love it.
