strawberry and banana with yogurt...

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup ice
splash of orange juice

1. Add all ingredients to the Tall Cup or Party Mug and twist on the Cross Blade.
2. Lock On and mix until smooth.

STRAWBERRY-BANANA SMOOTHIE

1/4 cup Smucker's Seedless Strawberry Preserves or fresh strawberries
1 medium ripe banana
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup orange juice

In a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients until smooth and well combined. If desired, add more strawberry preserves to taste.

Sling them all in together....I reckon it will be ok. xXx

The two or three you like the bestttttt :):)

they will all be good together. you might also want to add some juice and ice cubes so that it is nice and cold. any juice will work to smoothe it out and taste great,

Is it all fruit or all yougurt? If its fruit, mix the blueberries, bananas, strawberries togethr in the blender. Put in some milk, 2-3 ice cubes, sugar, and mix it! it will b delish! I call it...the Struenana Smoothie =)

I make a smoothie similar to that every morning for breakfast.

1 Banana
6 oz yogurt, any flavor I like french vanilla but raspberry would be good too
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2/3 cup pineapple orange juice, I use pineapple orange juice instead of regular OJ because regular orange juice flavor is too strong.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

put them all together or
make a
straw berry shake
blueberry shake
banana skake
and just eat the rasberry yogurt
