Sorry, all of my cream cheese frosting recipes contain powdered sugar. If you want one anyway, email me.

Cream Cheese Frosting
about 4 cups
Start to Finish: 20 minutes

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
5-3/4 to 6-1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar

Directions
1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups of the powdered sugar, beating well. Gradually beat in additional powdered sugar to reach spreading consistency. This frosts tops and sides of two 8- or 9-inch layers. (Halve the recipe to frost a 13x9x2-inch cake.) Cover and store the frosted cake in refrigerator. Makes about 4 cups.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting: Prepare frosting as above, except beat 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder into the cream cheese mixture and reduce powdered sugar to 5-1/4 to 5-3/4 cups. (Makes about 3-2/3 cups.)

Ingredients

1/2 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup unsifted powdered sugar (up to)
2 tablespoon milk

Cooking Directions:

In a small mixing bowl combine half of a 3-oz package cream cheese and the vanilla; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Add enough milk to make a frosting of spreading consistency. Makes about 1/2 cup frosting.
