Help! What can I do with pasta and salmon fillets?Thanks!!!?!


Question: Heres s great recipe
Its crreamy salmon with pasta:


1 (16 ounce) can salmon
2 tablespoons minced green onions or shallots
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
heavy cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon, crushed
8 ounces pasta twists or penne, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, or 3 to 4 cups fresh chopped spinach
grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Drain salmon, reserving liquid; break salmon into large chunks. In a large skillet, sauté green onion shallots in olive oil until tender. Add cream to reserved salmon liquid to equal 1 cup.

Add to skillet with mustard and tarragon; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add pasta, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; toss gently. Stir in salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste; heat thoroughly. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

you should steam the salmon and make a tomatoey pasta sauce...Trust me its gorgues !! yum!!

make an alfredo sauce...put over pasta. Use blackened seasoning on the salmon and fry on each side. slice up and serve over pasta and sauce. It's really really good and pretty easy.

what type pasta are you going to use ?

make up a marinade for the salmon. olive oil garlic lemon juice and whatever you fancy. (three parts oil to 1 part citrus) cook the salmon in a parcel made from tin foil covered in the marinade. make sure there are no holes its air tight. cook for 25-30 mins on 180. cook the pasta. when the salmon is cooked use the sauce that is still in the bag to stir into the spaghetti. simple and tasty.
