How long do you cook a 1 1/2 lb meatloaf?!

Question: I bake mine at 350 for an hour, and it comes out crisp on the outside and moist and tender on the inside...I'd reduce the time to about 35-40 minutes for a 1 1/2 pound meatloaf.

I would suggest 90 minutes at 180C.

I would do it at 375 for 45 minutes then reduce the temp to 350 for another 45 minutes (the higher temp will ensure a crisp outside, or if you like a glaze on it, it will crisp it up) Enjoy!! Once out of the oven, cover it with foil and let it sit for at least 15 minutes, as this will allow for better slicing.......

agree with first answer for rare but if you want really tender and beautifull 3 hrs @ 80 degrees slow cooking like this works to turn turkey breast into edible meat as well
