Turkey and Stuffing Casserole???!
Answers: Can anyone give me a recipe for a turkey casserole using turkey breast tenderloins, peppridge farm stuffing, water/milk, boulon cubes...maybe some veggies? I don't have any cream soups and I'm not able to get to the store but I really want to throw something together. I have some noodles and rice too that I could use. Any ideas would really help!!!
You could make your own gravy...put 4 boullion cubes in 3 cups of water, and bring to a boil in a skillet. Make sure the cubes get smashed up so it makes a nice broth. Take a small container with a lid and put a few Tablespoons of cornstarch in it with a 1/4 cup of water. Put the lid on and shake until there are no lumps, then slowly pour it into your broth as you stir. Keep stirring for a mintue or so until it thickens (repeat if it doesn't get thick enough) and Voila, you've got some delish gravy to substitute for the cream soup in your favorite casserole.

in the search recipe box type in turkey stuffing meatloaf
or you could cut your turkey into bite size peices and brown it in a little oil, when its browned put into a casserole dish, pour in some canned veggies,
in a sauce pan put 2tbsp butter melt it, add 2 tbsp flour whisk in, cook for 1min, then add chicken stock whisking until thickened ( if you do not have stock you can boil a cup and half of water and then add your bouillon cube to it and mix then add into saucepan after you have cooked the butter and flour for a minute) once its a gravy then pour it over the browned turkey and canned veggies, prepare stuffing and then put on top of turkey gravy and veggies cook in oven for about 30 mins just something quick off the top of my head anyway
1 lb Cubed chicken or turkey
2 c Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 pk String beans, french cut
2 1/2 T Blanched slivered almonds
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c Milk (again, my green bean casserole substitutes for the above four ingredients)
2 T Butter, melted
Use as much sliced or cubed chicken or turkey as desired. Partially cook frozen green beans. Arrange 2/3 c Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing, green beans, and almonds in layers in greased, shallow casserole. Pour over all 1-1/2 c gravy or 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup blended with 1/2 c milk. Moisten 1-1/3 c Stuffing with 1/4 c hot water and 2 T melted butter. Spread over casserole. Bake in hot (400°F) oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Edit:
I guess Sabir is saying your supposed to eat it alive and raw
Prepare the stuffing according to the package. Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces and saute in a little oil or butter until cooked. Remove from pan. Dissolve boullion in hot water. Add a little more butter or oil to the pan in which you cooked the turkey and heat. Add a few spoonfuls of flour and cook until lightly coloured. Add the boullion and stir until thickened.
Toss the turkey in with the stuffing and serve with the gravy.
Sabir, please be quiet.
Sautee the seasoned turkey tenders in a little butter until seared on both sides. Cover and cook on low until they are cooked thru. Remove the tenders from the pan and set aside. To the broth, add 1 1/2 cups boiling water and 1 boullion cube plus 3 T butter. bring to a boil and add your stuffing. If the stuffing mix is pre seasoned, then don't add the boullion. Stir to moisten and return turkey to pan. Place on top of the stuffing and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes covered before serving. if you have gravey, you can pour it over the top of each serving after heating it. This is good with mashed potatos and green beans or peas.
