  • Puree the strawberries in a blender and add enough powdered sugar to sweeten and thicken the sauce.

Mix equal partsof water and sugar - I dont know how much strawberries you have! Add the strawberries and cook until the cook down and become syrupy.

If you have preserves or all-fruit jam....just heat it til its a syrup and drizzle it over the ice cream. Raspberry is great with chocolate!

why not just melt some chocolate and add a bit of cream to it? that way it wont become hard and it will stay fudgey. YUM

maybe you can replace the rasberries with strawberries.check out cooks.com

    BROWNIES WITH FRESH RASPBERRY SAUCE

    1 pt. fresh raspberries
1 to 2 tbsp. superfine sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 brownies
    Creme fraiche or whipped cream

Puree all but 1/2 cup berries in food processor or blender until smooth. Press through fine sieve to remove seeds, if desired. Add sugar and lemon juice; stir until sugar dissolves. Divide sauce equally among 4 dessert plates. Top with brownie and garnish with creme fraiche or whipped cream and remaining berries. Serves 4.
