Spinach artichoke dip?!
Answers: My friend loves the spinach artichoke dip from Olive Garden and I thought I would see if anyone has the recipe for it. Thanks so much in advance!!
Yep, but it calls for fresh artichokes, which can be a lot of work. Certainly worth it, but you can also use frozen or canned artichoke hearts instead.

This is the best recipe I have tried
INGREDIENTS
4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins.
In an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm
Here's an artichoke dip she may also like- it doesn't have spinach but it's really good and easy
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can artichokes, drained and slightly chopped
1 cup mayonaise
mix together and bake at 365 for about 20 minutes or until a little golden brown.
I suppose chopped spinach could also be added but I never tried it.
