What is your favorite delicious ground beef recipe?!
Here's my no fail, always asked-for nacho dip. When it's heated through, put it on warm or low, or unplug for a short time if it's too hot. Everyone raves about this:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup butter
2 lb Velveeta, cubed
2 cups Pace Chunky Salsa, (medium is our favorite, mild or hot if you like)
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
Put all into crock pot. Cook on low 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips. Yummy!

I love cabbage rolls.
1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup cooked rice
salt and pepper
Boil cabbage until leaves are tender. Put a heaping tbs. of hamburger mixture on the wide end of leaf and roll up. Place all rolls in a casserole dish, cover with canned tomatoes, diced or tomato juice. Bake at 350 for an hour.
meatloaf with eggs, oatmeal, tomato paste and spices, baked on top of zuchinni.
I like to cook the ground beef until it is browned, then serve with cheesy alfredo sauce & alfredo pasta noodles and add a can of crushed tomatoes.. sounds unique but it's delicious.
Patties made with Worcestershire, tomato sauce, garlic powder, etc.... are REALLY good.
I also like pizza burgers. Make sloppy joes, only use pizza sauce instead of sloppy joe sauce. Then put bun bottoms on a cookie sheet, and butter bun tops and put them face down on the cookie sheet. Spoon meat onto the bun bottom and top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then pop into the oven (at about 325) until the cheese melts and the buns are toasted.
MMMMMMM good!

Skillet macaroni and beef. Brown the ground beef, remove from skillet without draining fat, then cook some elbow macaroni in the fat till yellow-if there's not enough fat you can add oil. Toss in some chopped onion and garlic, then add 1 8 oz can tomato paste, salt and pepper, about 2 tbs worsticher sauce, and about 1 1/2 cup water. Add ground beef again and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until most liquid is absorbed. Add I chopped green bell pepper, cook 5-10 minutes more until macaroni is done. Yummy, easy, one dish meal! (Good for the budget cooker too)
Stuffed pepper - ground beef and spanish rice stuffed in a bell pepper.
