It depends on what kind of crab claws you are cooking and how you want to cook them. If you are boiling them then get your water at a rapid boil and season your water with salt and what ever spice you like. I like a seafood boil. Drop them in and wait until it comes back to a boil again. Shut off the heat and let them sit in the water to adsorb the seasonings. I would take one out at a time and taste it at 5 minutes and then every 5 minutes until they are the way you like them. Be careful that you don't over cook them because they will be rubbery and they won't want to come out of the shell.

depends on the size and method. they don't take very long and you don't want to overcook them!
are they blue crab claws? best fried or broiled in oven.
crab legs? best steamed or boiled.
Good luck. I'm sure they will be tasty!

Add a touch of the exotic to your recipe by replacing the tomatoes with mangoes.
