Do you think this recipe would work for thinner salmon?!

Question: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/...

The recipe calls for thick salmon with the skin on. I am using thin salmon (1/4-3/4 thick) and it's skinless. Do you think the recipe would still turn out fine?

It will still work...but you will have to cut the cooking time way back....no more that 2 mins per side....salmon dries out easily when over cooked...

it will turn out fine just remember yours will cook faster due to the thinness

Yes, you may not need to cook it as long because the skin is not protecting it.

Should be great.
