What can I add to my turkey burger pre-cooked to make it moist?!

Question: Since ground turkey is low fat, it tends to be kinda dry. Is there anything low fat I can mix in before I cook it to make it juicier?

what i use to make burgers juicy and delicious is onion soup mix. it works wonders. i like the mrs. grass brand but lipton works too and mix it in the raw meat, and procede as usual!
also we really like those hawaiin sweet rolls/buns for a little extra, but if your making turkey burgers you are probably going for healthier. if you have access get the Natural Ovens brand wheat burger buns (you can order them online too)

I usually use pam to coat the pan. It's best not to over cook it, that tends to dry it out.

worchestire sauce

Mustard

This is going to sound strange, but bear with me. Crush some rolled oats (you know, what you make oatmeal out of, the plain unflavored kind) in your hands and add that to the ground meat. Then add a little water as well. The oats will absorb and hold the water. If you just use a little (maybe 1/4 cup of oats per pound of meat) it won't taste funny.

Cooking your burgers on a little lower heat also lets them cook through without getting as dry as they do on higher heat.

Try marinating it in a fat free dressing, steam cook it to keep it moist, then grill it for flavor.

It generally comes out better when I cook it on my George Foreman grill.

A tiny bit of olive oil makes a HUGE difference, and don't compress it too much, let it be kind of a loose patty

Try egg whites ... I would say whole egg, but you're looking for low-fat.

Remember, you don't have to cook food until it dies, or at full-blast ... you only have to cook poultry to 165 F.

Mayo. Put tell anyone, it's my sister's secret to great chicken and turkey.

nothing except fatty things. You can try freezing some chicken stock, crushing it and mixing it in before cooking, that way the ice will melt as the meat cooks and become tasty juice. I have no idea if that will work!! sounds nuts eh!!! good luck tho.
