Anyone have a good salsa dip recipe?!


Question: I usually put some salsa in a bowl, add some sour cream, some shredded cheese, and pop it in the microwave. It's really good, but it's gets a little old after a while. Anyone know of any other easy recipes like that that I can put together?

This spicy crockpot cheese dip is made with Velveeta cheese, chile peppers, taco seasoning, salsa, and cream cheese. An easy and flavorful cheese dip recipe for a crowd.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cut up
8 ounces cream cheese, cut up
1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild green chile peppers
1 envelope taco seasoning mix, regular or smoky chipotle
16 ounces chunky salsa
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Keep warm in the slow cooker or chafing dish while serving, and stir the dip occasionally to keep it blended.

Place the tomatoes and jalapenos into a saucepan, and pour the beer over them. Add enough water so that the tomatoes and jalapenos are covered. Simmer over medium heat until soft. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
Transfer the tomatoes and jalapenos to a blender, and add the garlic and onion. Pulse until well blended. Add some of the cooking liquid to help with blending if necessary. Taste, and season with salt.

Cream one pkg. cream cheese with 1/4 cup mayo in a pie plate. Layer guacamole, sliced olives, diced green onions, salsa and grated cheddar cheese. Everyone loves it.

What You Need
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper

What You Do
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend cream cheese, salsa and mild Cheddar cheese. Spread the mixture into a medium serving dish. Sprinkle with black olives, green onions and red bell pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
