Answers: I am a pasta/Italian lover and have a couple recipes that I made up myself but I need a different recipe to cook today... HELP!
Shrimp Pasta
Try this one if you hadn't tried it yet. It taste delicious.

6 servings1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned 2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 4 medium) 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped, divided 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed 3/4 lb. fettuccine, cooked, drained 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheeses POUR dressing over shrimp in small bowl; cover. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Heat large skillet on medium heat; add shrimp. Cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Remove shrimp from skillet, using slotted spoon; cover to keep warm. Set aside.
ADD tomatoes and half of the basil to same skillet; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in cream cheese until well blended. Add shrimp; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
PLACE hot fettuccine on large serving platter; top with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped basil and shredded cheese.
Cavatappi with Spinach, Beans and Asiago Cheese
8 cups coarsely chopped spinach leaves
4 cups hot cooked cavatappi; about 6 ounces uncooked spiral shaped pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 19 ounce can cannellini beans or other white beans, drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper, if desired. 4 servings.
Lemon Chicken Pasta With Asparagus Tips
Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
large zip-top bag
1 lb boneless chicken tenders
1/4 cup garlic butter
8 ounces mostaccioli or penne rigate pasta
2 tablespoons capers
2 teaspoons chicken base
1 lemon (for juice, rinsed)
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Steps
1. Fill large saucepan 1/2 full of water. Cover and bring to boil on high for pasta. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes.
2. Place flour and seasoned salt in zip-top bag; shake to mix. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and add to bag (wash hands). Seal bag tightly and shake to coat.
3 Place garlic butter in sauté pan; swirl to coat. Add chicken (wash hands); reduce heat to medium and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until chicken is no longer pink.
4 Stir pasta into boiling water. Boil 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender.
5. Stir capers and chicken base into chicken; cook 2 minutes, stirring often, to blend flavors. Squeeze juice of lemon into chicken; stir in wine and cream. Reduce heat to low; cook 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated.
6. Drain pasta and stir into chicken mixture. Serve.

pasta with bacon and tomatos
coo pasta according to pkg directions
fry bacon and then crumble or dice
chop 4-5 roma tomatos and cook in a small amt of oilive oil
with a clove of chopped f garlic and fry in pan ...sprinkle with dried oregano and salt and pepper or add frsh or dired chopped basil
combine tomato mixture with bacon and serve of pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired
My fave is super easy and versatile.
I heat a couple of tbls of evoo and add some chopped garlic and some crushed red pepper flakes. Don't let the garlic get brown.
After a few minutes add either diced chicken breast or shrimp to cook. Once cooked through then add your cooked pasta (whatever you like) then add some parsley, chopped green onions and a scoop of pasta water to thicken a little.
And that's it!!! Yum!!!

Bow-ties with Ham
3 cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (6oz.)
1 jar (16 oz.) Alfredo pasta sauce
10 medium asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs, drained, chopped
1 cup diced (1/4 to 1/2 inch) cooked ham
1 cup shredded Havarti cheese (4oz.) OR Feta cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Gently stir in cooked pasta, asparagus, tomatoes and ham. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Pour into sprayed 2-quart casserole. Cover; bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese.
BAKED ZITI
1 (16 oz.) box baked ziti
1 lb. chopped meat
1 med. onion, chopped
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella
1 egg
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz. jar sauce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Cook ziti according to directions; drain. Saute chopped meat with onion; drain. Mix ziti with meat/onion mixture.
Meanwhile, beat egg; mix with oregano and garlic powder. Mix this mixture with Ricotta, wine and sauce. Turn ziti/meat mixture into a baking pan with ricotta/sauce mix; mix well. Top with sliced Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PASTA
2 pkgs. Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. linguini noodles
1 jar. Ragu spaghetti, sauce with mushrooms
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt or to taste
Fry ground beef, onions and bell pepper until done, drain, and put in a bowl. In same pan, cook sausage in a cup of water until done. Take out of pan, take off the skin and cut into slices. Put the ground beef mixture and the sausages back into the pan and salt. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles as directed, drain. Mix the noodles and the sauce mixture together and pour into a baking dish. Put the Mozzarella cheese over the top of mixture, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is a light brown. Serve with Italian bread and a salad.

ITALIAN PASTA SAUSAGE SOUP
28 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage links
14 1/4 oz. can chicken broth
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
16 oz. pkg. green giant frozen pasta accents
Garlic seasoning
Grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Place sausage links in large saucepan. Add water to depth of 1/2 inch. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until sausage is partially cooked. Drain.
Slice sausage into 1/2 inch slices, return to saucepan. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato sauce, basil, and oregano, blend well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta accents. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

ITALIAN GNOCCHI
3 lbs. boiled potatoes
6 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Mash potatoes while warm. Allow to cool. Add salt, flour and egg yolks. Add flour if needed. Turn onto floured surface and knead. Using small amounts of dough, roll into strands 1/4" thick round, cut into 3/4" lengths.
Boil 3 quarts water, drop gnocchi in a few at a time. When they float boil 3 minutes more. Drain and serve with spaghetti and meat sauce. SDR
broccoli and macaroni is simple and delicious
boil 1 lb macaroni in salted water along with 1 large bag frozen broccoli. when pasta is tender, drain all adding 1/2 cup olive oil and 3 large chopped cloves garlice. toss and serve warm.
Skin & cook Italian sausages, chopped up in bites. Add chunks of onion & green, red & yellow peppers. Cook til soft. Add chunks of roma tomatoes. Toss with cooked / drained fettucine. Sprinkle with crushed red peppers. Add a salad & you are good to go!!
