Ohhhhhh Peanut butter Balls......

Someone get a recipe. I want them now too.

I have to stop coming to this site during lunch.

I AM SOOO HUNGRY NOW!!!!

i stick of butter (not margarine) softened, 2 cups of smooth peanut butter, 1 one pound package of powdered sugar. mix all together thoroughly and let chill in fridge. Roll into golfball sized balls and return to fridge when they get to soft to chill. You are gonna dip them in melted chocolate. Melt chopped up milk chocolate bark in a double boiler with water barely simmering. You can also use a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Or use the microwave and stir every minute until it is melted to a satin finish. Dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on wax paper. Thses are great. They taste just like reese peanut butter cups. I have people who ask me to make them so I make them and other candy at Christmastime
