Has anyone got the recipe for Jamie Olivers sausage and winter veg recipe?!
Answers: he cooked this on the latest series of Jamie at home. he used a pork sausage and beef sausage. i don't know the name of the recipe but hope that someone has got it,

Bubble and Squeak with Sausages and Onion Gravy.
750g Floury Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks.
600g winter vegetables, peeled and cut into chunks
Olive oil
2 knobs butter
1 x 200g vacuum pack of chestnuts
6 pork suasages linked together
6 beef suasages linked together
salt & pepper
small bunch fresh rosemary
nutmeg
3 red onions
a few bay leaves
1 tbsp flour
125 mls balsamic vinegar
300mls vegetable or chicken stock.
cook potatoes and mixed vegatables in boiling water for 15 - 20 minutes. When cooked right through, drain and put to one side. Heat a glug of olive oil and a knob of butter in a large frying pan and add the chestnuts. when they start to sizzle add the vegatable mix and mash the veg up in the pan. Pat the mixture into a pancake shape. Fry on a medium heat for about half an hour. check every 5 minutes or so.When the bottom turns golden, flip over bit by bit and mash it back into its self. Reshape and continue to cook until crispy all over.
Preheat oven and a roasting tray to 220c/425f/gas 7. Unravel the pork sausage links and squeeze the filling between them to form one long sausage. Do the same to the beef.Pat to flatten them a bit.Drizzel with oil and massage into them a bit. sprinkle with a pinch of pepper, the rosemary and grated nutmeg. place one sausage on top of the other and roll into a wheel. Poke two skewers through in a cross to hold the sauages together. Remove tray from oven, drizzle with oil and add the onions. Season, and add remaining butter and stir. Place the sausage wheel on top and stick bay leaves between the sausages. Drizzle with more oil and roast for 40 minutes. Remove sausage to a plate and place the tray with the onions on the hob.on a high heat. stir in the flour, balsamic vinigar and stock. Bring to boil and leave to thicken, stir every onw and then. Season to taste. Remove skewers from sausages and cut into wedges. Serve bubble and squeak with a good portion of sausage and a spoon full of onion gravy.
