Trim and wash 2 heads of broccoli, chop an onion. In a large pan, melt a knob of butter and gently fry the onion for a few mins. Add the broccoli and some hot veggie stock (cubes will do). Add a jar of cooked chick peas (drained and rinsed to get rid of excess salt) Cook for very few mins till broccoli tender then whizz it through a blender. the chick peas will make it nice and thick but you wont taste them. Put it back in the pan and add blue cheese to your taste, stir till melted, check seasoning and serve. Takes about 15 mins in all. Eat with loads of crusty bread.
