yea theres Orange Brazil Nut Tart, Pukkolla, The Union Square Cafe's Bar Nuts , and Iced Rum Husks

From what I have read, they can be used in recipes as a substitute for macadamia nuts.

Yes , but if you're in Brazil they just call them nuts.

the only one i do is at christmas. its a european thing i think- but we take dry dates, (the really sweet and sticky ones) and make an incision, remove the pit, put a roasted brazil nut in there, then close it back up again. Its supposed to not close all the way, so that you can see a half centimeter or so of the brazil nut. Basically the date is a wrap for the the nut. It tastes so freakin good. We also take dry figs, cut in half and place a whole walnut in the middle. YUM
