Can anyone name a brand of spagetti sause that does not have onions in it,such as ragu ect...thanks?!

Question: Good question

Hunts sauce(Original) I use it on top of meatloaf and also for spaghetti if I don't want a heavy sauce.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Salt, Citric Acid, Spice, Natural Flavors.

Also there are a few Classico brand sauces that do not contain onion.

This is a really tough one. My better half is deeply allergic to onions, and I have checked every brand in regular stores as well as Whole Foods, the organic aisles at regular stores, Trader Joe's, Wild Oats and New Frontiers. I have had no luck finding an onion-free sauce.

I now make my own at home for us.

The best brand of spaghetti sauce is prego. but i do believe that it has onions also. Try and make your own with some tomatos, tomatoe paste and the kind of herbs that you like. I decided to do this and it comes out great. Get some tomatoes in the can and run them through your food processor or if you don't have a processor use your blender. if you don't have a blender just get crushed tomatoes in the can and put some garlic powder if you don't like fresh and some paste and herbs. Let it cook for 30 minutes on a simmer. Now the key to good sauce is to let it get cold and heat it up again! I know that you wanted to know just a brand but I couldn't control myself sorry

Try this one, be sure to read the ingredients on the jar:

"Ragú? Light Flavors: No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Roasted Garlic Primavera Pasta Sauce."

Ragu-Super Mushroom does not have onions..I believe only onion powder.

got this one off the can of tomato paste years ago and it is still my favorite. Just skip the onions
20 minute spaghetti sauce
2(6oz.) cans tomato paste
3 cups water
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beef bullion cube or 1 tsp beef bullion If desired
stir together and simmer 20 minutes. Yield 4 cups.
I use this one for pizza sauce too, or lasagna. You can change the spices if you like but it is good just as it stands.
make a double recipe and freeze the extra for another time.

Make you own. Use tomato sauce and then some canned tomatoes if you like it chunky. First sautee some chopped garlic in butter, then add the tomato sauce and tomaotos if you want them. Season with itallian seasoning, or orgeno, basil, parsley, rosemary etc... sprinkle in some salt and pepper, and a dash of sugar. You can add some mushrooms, fresh-dried-or canned, some parmesean cheese. Then you can simmer with with some chithighs with the bones for a couple of hours, or cook up some hamburger and sauasge and simmer for great flavor.

Also pepperroni quartered slices or the slices cut into strips would be good.

Check out Healthy Choice brand.

None that I have ever seen in the stores
