Difference between cake flour and all purpose flour? i have all purpose so what do i need to do to make it wo!

For every 1 cup, use 1 cup AP flour minus 2 tablespoons and sift.

if you are going to regular flour you need to sift it a couple of times before using it...cake flour is alot lighter

All-purpose flour has a higher gluten level than cake flour. There's really no good way I know of to take the gluten out. It will make the cake tougher than you'd like.

I think they might have it sift it more ( I know is right) using a little less kind of makes sense you can try and add the difference if it seems to thin a batter and I would be careful not to over mix because that can cause a tough cake.
