Answers: Crockpot, please.

This one is the best:

Nacho Dip
Here's my no fail, always asked-for nacho dip. When it's heated through, put it on warm or low, or unplug for a short time if it's too hot. Everyone raves about this:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup butter
2 lb Velveeta, cubed
2 cups Pace Chunky Salsa, (medium is our favorite, mild or hot if you like)
3 Tbsp Chili Powder

Put all into crock pot. Cook on low 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips. Yummy!

We call it Queso but it's still just a cheese dip.

2 lb Velveeta
1 lb Mexican Velveeta
2 cans mild to hot rotel ( i like one hot can and one of mild)
1 4oz can of chopped green chili's
1 lb cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

add all ingredients to crock pot and let cook till smooth and hot on low temp.

We mix Velveta cheese and a can of Hormel Chili (without beans) You can also mix taco meat (Ground beef mixed with taco seasonings) with the same Velveta cheese. Then heat until the cheese is melted and stir.

im not a velveeta cheese fan so i go to walmart and buy the land of lakes white american and it melts really well..
and use a recipe with it.its like 20 bucks for huge block in deli section.
