Easy Chocolate Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 Can Chocolate Frosting
4 Eggs
1 Tall Can Evaporated Milk
1 Stick Softened Butter
I am not sure of the size pie shell. I would imagine 9".
Directions
Beat milk and eggs together; add can of frosting and butter.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I had this baking for 45 minutes Let cool and serve with or without whipped topping.

3 bars (6 oz. total) semi sweet chocolate baking bars, melted and cooled
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 stp. salt
1 cup milk
Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round baking pans or 1 (13x9 inch) baking pan
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy
Add eggs; beat for 1 minute
Beat in melted chocolate
Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with milk
Pour into prepared baking pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
Cool in pan(s) for 20 minutes
Invert onto wire racks to cool completely
Frost with Creamy Chocolate Frosting.
Easy pumpkin chocolate cake
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury w/ pudding make a really moist cake)
1 (16oz) can of pumpkin
1 1/3 cup water
chocolate frosting
Directions
Throw it all together (except the frosting) in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer.
Pour into a 9x13 pan.
Bake as directed on box. (Don't add any egg or oil)
Let it cool, frost it, and serve.

Ingredients
1 box Banquet Silk Chocolate Pie (Walmart has it)
1 small container Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
Sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon Confectioners Sugar
Directions
Follow pie instructions; mix cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together until smooth. Spread on top of pie. Add confectioners sugar to strawberry slices and add to the top of dessert. Refrigerate for several hours.

Peanut Butter, Large Marshmallows, or Marshmallow Creme

Ingredients
Pie Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
2 cups milk
1 cup Sour Cream
1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 (3.4-ounce) package banana cream flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
Garnish Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped, if desired
Banana slices, if desired
Chocolate curls, if desired
Directions
Arrange banana slices over bottom of pie crust. Combine all remaining pie ingredients except whipped cream in medium bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until mixture is smooth and thickened. Reserve 1/4 cup pudding mixture.
Pour remaining pudding mixture over bananas in pie crust. Carefully spread 1 cup whipped cream over pie. Drop reserved pudding mixture by teaspoonfuls over whipped cream. Gently swirl pudding into whipped cream using spatula or knife. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
At serving time, garnish pie with additional whipped cream, banana slices and chocolate curls, if desired. Store refrigerated.
So-easy Chocolate Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
Sugar
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Coat insides and rims of four 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar and set on a baking sheet; set aside.
2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and cream. Micro-cook on 100 percent power (high) for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring twice. Divide in half. Cover and cool to room temperature.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form (tips curl).
4. Gently fold half of the cooled chocolate mixture into the beaten egg whites until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared ramekins. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center of souffl?s comes out clean. Serve immediately. To serve, open the centers of the souffles with two spoons and pour in remaining chocolate mixture. Makes 4 servings.

2 packages (4 oz. each) HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Premium Baking Bar, broken into pieces
3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans; line bottoms with wax paper.
2. Place chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted; cool slightly.
3. Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add melted chocolate, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost as desired. 10 to 12 servings.

baileys chocolate truffles:
250g of chocolate
35g unsalted butter
5 table spoons of thick cream
5 table spoons of baileys irish lacquer (if you dont want the baileys just add another 5 table spoons of cream)
cocoa powder for coating
2 table spoons of water
fill a large pot with water and simmer, place a large mixing bowel on top of the pot, put the table spoons of water into the bowel and cube the chocolate, add the chocolate and stir until melted, gently add the cream and baileys, and stir until completely mixed through, add the butter and stir until mixed in. put in fridge and leave to cool over night to set, then using a teaspoon scoop up a little mixture and roll into balls with your hands, then roll in the cocoa powder to cover, place on a tray or in a bowel and store in the fridge
