In need of recipe for the shot Jam Doughnut?!

According to Old Orleans website it is: Archers, Baileys, Jack Daniels and grenadine.

I love the spice N' apple, but I know it needs butter Broun sugar & cinamon but sorry don't know the way I guess alltogetheruntill tender & creamy.

DONUT SURPRISE

1 pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
Sugar
Cinnamon
butter
Hershey Kisses
Jelly
Nuts or raisins

Separate biscuits and cut each one in half. Press down to flatten. In the center of each one put either a kiss, jelly, nuts or raisins. Roll in a ball. Dip in melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Jam Doughnut

500g plain flour
250ml milk
40g fresh yeast or 20g dried yeast
60g sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs yolks
50g butter

For the filling
5 tbsp jam
1 egg white (for sealing
3tbsp sugar

1. Sift the flour into a large bowl
2. In saucepan warm the milk over a low heat
3. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk.
4. Add 4 tbsp flour and stir to a thick paste. Add a pinch of sugar
5. Cover the pan and leave the yeast starter to rise for 30 minutes.
6. Mix the flour with the sugar and salt and make a well in the centre
7. Put the eggs yolks in the well. Add the butter flakes to the flour.
8. Pour on the yeast starter from the pan.
9. Work all the ingredients together to give a smooth dough
10. Cover and leaves to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled up in size.
11. Knead through once more vigorously.
12. On the floured work top roll the dough out to 2cm thick. Cut into 5cm round.
13. Place 1/2 tsp jam on half the round and brush the edges with egg white.
14. Cover with a plain round and press the edges firmly together. Cover with tea towel and leaves to rise for 1 hour.
15. Deep-fry the doughnuts for 10 minutes in batches in hot fat, turning them half way through.
16. Drain and coat in sugar while still hot.
