Here are a couple recipes for Honey Joys.

Doesn't matter what kind of honey you use.

hmmm, that sounds intriguing, whats a "honey Joy"

125g butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons creamed honey
3 cups cornflakes
1 cup rice bubbles


Preparation:

Melt butter, sugar and honey together over medium heat.
Boil for three minutes, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat.
Add cereals and stir well.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into separate patty pans.
Leave in refrigerator until cool enough to eat.
