How do you make Deviled Eggs?!

Question: Super simple:

Hard boiled eggs-peeld and cut in 1/2 length wise
Mayo
Mustard
Paprika
Salt and Pepper.

Scoop or pop the yolks out of the eggs. Put the yolks into a bowl or zipper seal baggie. Some whites may split but still keep them anyway, once you fill them the yolks mix with hold the rest of it together.

Mash the eggs with a fork if in a bowl, or mash up in the bag.

Add some mayo and mustard, salt and pepper. Do it to taste. You want it nice and creamy. But some chunks are perfectly okay.

Use a spoon to scoop the yolk filling back into the whites, or use a zipper seal baggy with the end cut off, and pipe into whites. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
12 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 tablespoons finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. To cool more quickly, rinse eggs under cold running water.
Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Alternatively, wrap bacon in paper towels and cook in the microwave for about 1 minute per slice. Crumble and set aside.
Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir in mustard. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.

*You can leave out the bacon and eggs for an original deviled eggs or make it even better and add in chopped shrimp. You can really add whatever sounds good to you. No rules!

You have reminded me that spring is approaching quickly and Easter is right around the corner!!! I love deviled eggs, my boyfriend does too, so needless to say I'm going to be making a lot of these very soon. O.K. so on to the recipe, it won't be too exact because I do it by feel, you can too, just give it a taste here and there. So hard boil 12 eggs let them cool in the sink with cold water running over them ( don't let them sit with the hot water because they will continue to cook), peel them, slice them in half and pop out the yolk, put all the yokes into a bowl and mix in the following
4 to 5 dashes of salt
about 3/4 cup of mayo (more or less if you need)
a couple tablespoons of Grey poupon mustard
about 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
a couple dashes of tabasco
3 to 4 dashes of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard
whip like crazy until it is very smooth, sans lumps, then put in a pastry bag put the star tip on and pipe into the eggs (Helpful Hint: if you don't have a pastry bag then find one of those ziplock freezer bags, the big ones, and put your eggs yolk mixture in there, then squeeze it all down to the bottom left hand corner and cut the tip off about 1/4 inch of the way up,instant pastry bag!!!!) Garnish these with a little sprinkle of paprika and a little sprig of dill!! Good Luck and Happy Feasting!!
