Question: I love baking and would like to pursue a career in the industry. Yesterday, my sister and I baked 59 cupcakes. We gave a lot of them to our neighbors. Next week is cookies. And who knows what else for the future weeks.Thanks in advance? =P

I don't know where you live, but Le Cordon Bleu is the famous French culinary school whose culinary arts program is offered at many culinary schools throughout the U.S.
To become a pastry chef, you'll want a school that offers coursework in "Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking."
