Well, I do have a fast dessert which is BROWNIES! They are from the Betty Crocker recipe, so you can try it out. They are fudge brownies and I usually take the low fat kind. They are very easy to make just follow the instructions and you are go to go! Have a good dinner, but a better dessert!

Roast chicken and scalloped potatoes. My kids actually ask me to make that!

Frozen pizza...BUT, as the oven heats up slice and add mushrooms, onion, peppers and extra cheese. If you want to add extra spices, I suggest spraying the pizza with 'Pam' so it stays in place. By then the oven is hot and 20 minutes later...WALAAA'. pizza as good as if you ordered in and cheaper!

Prepackaged curry block, adding chicken, red and yellow peppers, onions, over rice.

fried chicken,,,just lemon/pepper and salt

That eliminates the Italian sauce idea. That cooks for several hours. But I would consider that one of my signature dishes. Another one I make (among many) is a Shrimp & angel hair pasta with peanut sauce. It's pretty simple, but maybe a little too different. But here's the recipe anyway:

SHRIMP & ANGEL HAIR PASTA IN PEANUT SAUCE
(This is a very simple, full of flavor dish. It presents very well for company, served with steamed broccoli and a nice salad. The broccoli can be served as a side dish or tossed in with the shrimp and served with the pasta.)

SHRIMP
- Fresh large or jumbo shrimp (enough for no. of people serving)
- juice of one lemon wedge (for shrimp)
- 2 cloves fresh crushed garlic
- 2 tblsp canola oil

- on med. high to med. heat, sauté shrimp with lemon, 1 clove crushed garlic and herbs. Keep mixture moving so as not to burn garlic, turn shrimp to brown on both sides. Just before done, add wine or vermouth. Stir well and remove from heat and set aside.

SAUCE
- rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
- lemon (or lime) juice, & lemon or lime wedge
- ? cup white wine (or dry vermouth)
- 2 tblsp canola oil
- 2 tblsp. natural peanut butter (approx per serving)
- water for sauce consistency
- dried herbs (tarragon, basil (or chopped fresh herbs)
- chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- steamed fresh broccoli (for side dish or toss with shrimp and pasta
- angel hair pasta

- Cook angel hair pasta
- Steam fresh broccoli florettes and toss in
- In small sauce pan over Med – med/low heat, mix peanut butter, few tblsp. vinegar, herbs, 2 cloves crushed garlic, fresh juice from wedge of lime or lemon

Pork Chops, with black pepper, garlic powder, salt and oregano sprinkled over them, cooked over the stove on a cast iron skillet smothered with green peppers and onions.(same seasonings) A side of white rice, and Spanish red or pinto beans in sauce (Same seasonings), with a large tossed salad, best with Italian dressing, that is my signature recipe. um mm , um mm.

First partially cook, the pork chops, and then add the peppers and onions later so they don't get too soft. Keep the veggies on the firm side but cooked.

I have several signature dishes. I make the best yellow rice & beans w| potatoes ever. I also make the best baked macaroni & cheese aound!

well since i like sea food the best was
lobster spaghetti but the Greek heavy style!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unfortunately for someone looking for quick & easy, my signature meal is Thanksgiving Turkey dinner with all the trimmings. I doubt if there is time for that!!. SO...

brown a lb of hamburger--drain--add onion & cook trnslucent--add a can of cheddar cheese soup & heat.....voila! cheesey joes!! If you want mexican, add some taco flavor powder to the meat. For Italian, add oregano & basil. You can do a lot with this simple recipe. I prefer it on a toasted English muffin. Enjoy!!
