What's your best mexican food recipe?!

Best Burritos Ever…
1 lb. hamburger
1 can refried beans with lime
4 little cans chopped green chilis
1 Tbsp. Cumin
Sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg flour torillas
Sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)

Brown the hamburger. Drain the grease. Combine the beans, chilis and cumin. Cook until hot. Put 1/4 cup cheese in tortilla and microwave for 20 seconds. Fill with meat mixure and sour cream and salsa. Fold. Enjoy.

Tacos...Enchiladas...Nachoes! Start with taco meat and make it into a variety then cook beans a rice u have ur self a mexican fiesta!

not sure if it is mexican, but a good meal to me sounds like torilla and adding some steak with salsa and a bit of cheese and maybe some kind of spanish rice all inside the tortilla. otherwise we make a homemade dip with cream cheese, onions, olives, tomatoes and layers of cheese to dip with our chips.

Stacked Enchilada's are easy and quick. Start with corn tortilla's, enchilada sauce, cheese and meat or veggies. Put a spoonful of sauce in the bottom of baking dish, add a layer of tortilla's, cheese and the meat or veggies and more sauce. Repeat, ending with a layer of tortilla's, sauce then cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for abour 20 min's, then uncover and cook for another few minutes. Cut into squares and top with sour cream, chopped cilantro, salsa......whatever you like. Serve with rice and beans and a cold beer.

A NICE MEXICAN RESTAURANT

nachoes!
1 bag tortilla chips
salsa
lotsa cheese
ground beef

spread the chips out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle toppings on bake till cheese has melted.
SERVE!

this is a mexican skillet dinner.

Fiesta Dinner

Brown 1 lb hamburger--drain
Crush 20 saltines & add with 2 tblsp dry onion
Add 8 oz taco sauce & heat
Spread a can of mushroom soup over.
Dump a can of chili hot beans with gravy over.
Add a 4 oz can of chopped green chilies
Cover & heat thru for 5 min
Top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese & heat til melted

This serves 4, & I have had a lot of success with it. Its super easy, & you can alter it by
which taco sauce you use--I love hot!!

My best is my home made salsa, it tastes great and has a lot of heat. Did you know that real mexican food is bland? Did you know that northern states don't know hos to spice up Mexican food either. Most states don't know how to use proper spice. Why do you think Texans are know for our food? BBQ and Mexican..

Mexican Chicken
1 whole chicken boiled and picked mix with 2 cans of cream of chicken and 2 cans of cream of mushroom; make cheese dip 1 box of Velveeta cheese 2 cans retell
layer a deep baking pan with Doritos, add a layer of chicken mixture, cover with cheese dip, then repeat
preheat oven to 400 degrees
cook for 30 to 45 minutes
