To repeat some of the previous answers:

Cook time:
Longest: Bright metal pans
Medium: Dark metal pans
Shortest: Glass/Casserole dishes

However, oven temps vary SO MUCH, so unless yours is calibrated or you have a thermometer inside, simply set the timer for 5 minutes less (for every 30 minutes) than the recommended setting to check and gauge how much longer you should go. You can't rewind your oven so its better to be safe than sorry.

As far as cleaning non-stick with soap...its perfectly fine. Just be sure to use a soft cloth or the soft side of the sponge to clean it. If something does happen to stick, let it soak in warm water to help loosen it. NEVER use metal utensils on a non-stick pan. Only soft (e.g. rubber) spatulas. When you see scratches that go through the outer teflon layer, its best to simply throw the pan away.

Yes, you cook something longer in metal pans than glass pans, shorter in dark pans, than light pans, but only a few minutes and can depend on what your cooking/baking.
cleaning nonstick, use a nonscratch sponge pad.

Yes it really does have an effect on baking bread and cakes, and yes, use regular dish soap, won't hurt it a bit.

the color of bake ware will not have effects on the things you are going to bake. To clean nonstick pans, use a soft sponge to gently wide off the grease, you don't want to rubbing it too hard, it's going to kill the nonstick layer.
