Anyone got a good recipe for this?!
I have cooking sherry, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper, white pepper, ground mustard, garlic powder, chopped onion, apple cider vineager, honey, vanilla extract, and the usual spices. I also have coffee.
Now, obviously, I don't want to combine them all, but is there any combination of them that would be a good marinade for chicken legs and thighs?
Most of what I've seen has called for any combinations of those items, but also soy sauce, which I don't have and can't get right now (low on $$)
Any suggestions?
Answers: I am having chicken tonight for dinner (Saturday is my one and only day to cook), but my cupboards are a little bare at the moment. I have some stuff, but can I make anything out of it for the chicken.

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar, or other jar with a lid that has a good seal. Shake it up, and pour over chicken. Cover and let chicken marinade for 4-6 hours. Grill the chicken to your liking and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of this great marinade.
Accept applauses graciously :)
do you have cheese around?
get back to me and i'll tell you ; )
Olive oil, applecider winegar ,salt, pepper, garlic powder whisked up into a baking dish. lay the chicken pieces in the baking dish and flip it every 30 mins till cooking. Their are lots of cooking methods for this from grilling outdoors to baking .for baking cover the dish. I like to cook it slow 250 degreesF for 2 hours. for grilling I just get some good marks and baste with the marinade and then cook it off the heat indirect method. for a couple hours on the grill.
