1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
1 egg or egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar substitute. Add egg and vanilla, cream until light. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Makes 36 cookies.
Use normal cooke recipes and substitute Splenda for the sugar part it cooks very well!
you should make it with corn strech
and make sure u dont add sugar

These are really yummy,
1 cup flour 1/2 cup margarine
1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup nuts
2 tbsp liquid sweetener 1 cup applesauce
Cream margarine and egg and add applesauce and sweetener. blend well. stir in dry ingredients. Then add the raisins and nuts. If the applesauce is thin, you may need to add just a little more flour. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake at 325 F until done.

Crunchy Cookies (makes 15 Cookies)
6 Tablespoons Flora Light Margarine
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg White
2 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
? Cup Sultanas
1 Cup Self-rasing Flour
2 Tablespoons Cornflakes
Cooking Spray
Preheat Oven 180 degrees Celcuis, In a large Mixinf Bowl, Cream Margarine & Sugar. Add Egg White and beat, fold in Coconut, Sultanas, Flour & Milk, Mix Together. FOld in COrnflakes until Ingredience combined.
Drop a Dessertspoon of mixture onto baking tray that has been coated with cooking spray, flatten each cookie. Bake for 20 mins or until Golden Brown. Cool on Wire Rack.
You can also replace Sultanas with ? cup Chocolate Chips or if you want plain cookies you can omit SUltanas and add ? teaspoon of Vanilla Essence/
