Try using varying heights for things on the table. I've used shoeboxes covered with cloth napkins or dish towels to display flowers or casserole dishes.

go to marthastewart.com or epicurious.com, they have great menu plans and step by step instructions on how to cook all the dishes at once

just display it nicely likes space the food out and like that. make little cheap things popping out of hat is appropriate not looking cheesy. And asssorted fruits i a big bowl is a big winner at brunchs

waffles/pancakes, eggs, fruit for pancakes/waffles and just to eat in general, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, coffee, and juice are some suggestion and aren't hard to get

As long as you don't serve it on paper plates, you should be ok. Try pouring the OJ into a nice pitcher, maybe using wine or champagne glasses. Also, arrange the food neatly to be served. Fold some napkins or paper towels and be sure to use real silverware!

try making mimosas - orange juice and champagne garnished with strawberries -- since u said cheap, u can lose the champagne also add some flowers to the table, maybe floating candles, attractive dinner napkins

Use colorful napkins and table covering. Serve juice in crystal wine glasses. Get some flowers and arrange in small vases and use candles. If you have good china, use it along with good flatware. If you don't than just use your everyday dishes. The flowers and candles will dress up the table. And just don't worry about it.

omlettes, toast fruits juice pastries bloodymary and hashbrowns

Use your best china and table linens. Put fresh flowers on the table. Have nice music playing in the background. But most of all, don't stress out about it. It's all about the good company and good food.

Cucumber and Tomato salad.
3 cucumbers
3 vine ripe tomatoes
1/4 cup salt

Peel cucumbers and cut length wise.Remove seeds with small spoon.slice and place in colander add salt and toss.place colander over large bowl and let "Sweat" for 2 hours.

Dressing

1/4 cup vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cups oil
1 glove garlic minced
1 half small onion minced
1 tsp parsley

put vinegar in large bowl add salt and pepper.whisk till salt is dissolved add remaining ingredients and blend well.add cucumbers and sliced tomatoes toss well.

Sweating removes the water from the cucumbers...which will dilute the dressing.this salad is best when it has set for a few hours and allowed to marinate prior to serving.
The dressing is a good Base for dressing in general....sour cream can be added for a creamier texture or Italian herbs.depending on your taste.

Brunch is easy to spruce up. Depends on what you're serving really. Center your decorations around your food. For example, if you're making, idk apple pie, slice some fresh apples, use a couple of apple decorations (table cloth, napkins, etc), light an apple-scented candle. You get what I mean? If you watch Food Network, Sandra Lee is really good at making things fancy. She's a tad on the expensive side but you don't have to go with ALL of her ideas. Pick and choose and I'm sure you can go fancy within your budget.
