I dont have many ingrediant in the house, want a HEALTHY sweet dessert, what could i make?!


Question: this is what i got..
bananas grapefruit apples blueberries apricots
french vanilla yogurt
sugarrr
almonds
all the other baking stuff, but no flour ! :(

I got the perfect idea! Ok take the apple and either take the skin off if you want to. Turn on the stove and cut the apple either into chunks or slices and pour in some of the sugar and if you have any milk. Let the apples get a little soft kind of like an apple pie. And if you have brown sugar add that to. After the apples get soft just a tiny bit you still want them crispy kind of. Take the yogurt and put it in a bowl like its ice cream and but the baked apples on top and if you want some crunch chop up the almonds and sprinkle on top. ENJOY!!!

fruit salad or maybe put some fruits into your yogurt

You could make a fruit dessert...slice up all the fruit...and use the juice put some sugar in the yougurt...pudding would also be good..than like put all your fruits in it..
I think it would be quite delightfull.b

YUM, a fruit smoothie. Or a fruit salad with frnch vannila yogart poured on top with a hint of sugar and for that little something throw some almonds in YUMMY, i searched the web and look up recipetips.com and i saw a fruit parfait. it said mangoes but yu could use any fruit you want but chuck in the blueberries, any flavour yogart and some almonds.
in the bottom of a glass pour approx 1 inch of yogart then a layer of fruit then another 2 inches of yogart then the top layer should be fruit but just keep puting yogart then fruit over agin til you fill the glass up, you can also chuck you almonds on top or when you place the fruit in. Serve chilled!

you could also make fruit scewers. put yogart in a bowl and shop all fruit into bite sized pieces. stick them on a scewer and you can dip the fruit in yogart if you want to but you dont have to.your making me hungry :)

How about a no-crust tort? Can't do a crust without flour, ya know. But, a pie with no crust works just fine.

Dice some fruit, stir in some sugar, pour in to a baking dish, and pop in the oven.

Pie recipes are easy to find on the internet. They work without a crust.

if you have honey you can mix a small amount of that in with the yogurt for some extra flavor

Freeze the bananas and blueberries. Then put frozen fruit and yogurt in the blender and blend 5 min. Yes, 5 minutes! Top with some almond bits, if you like. Not only is it healthy and sweet, but very filling because of all the blending. I thought it sounded a little nuts :) but it WAS very good and also VERY satisfying.

slice and freeze the banana and the blueberries. Mix in blender with yogurt and 1 cup of milk. Put into a metal jellyroll pan and place in freezer. After one hour, take a fork and scrape the mixture, flatten and freeze for another hour, and scrape again. Scoop into bowls for a sweet frozen treat.
