Every place makes their pizza differently so I cant give you any advise regarding pizza.....but,if your wanting to move up from a bus boy into the the back of the house.....pay attention to how things are done and be a self starter....don't wait to be told to do something. when you know what needs to be done...and when someone who knows what they are doing gives you advise...listen.... don't argue....
The fact that you asked for advice is a good sign.....Good luck

Wash your hands first!

Seriously, just watch him make a couple. Pay attention to the process, ask him any questions you may have, and you'll do fine.

They will have their own way of doing it; just watch them. With practice, you'll do fine. I love pizza. I worked at a pizza place while going to college & I still could eat it everyday!

Listen, oberserve, ask questions and wash hands!!!

Good job! Make sure you are clean and yes wash your hands often. It is very important in any food preparation.

Watch, Listen, and ask questions. Enjoy what your doing! One of .the best advice I can give you is to be involved and not just stand there. Be in there with your hands and mind!!My personal idea of a good new employee is if your not making mistakes your not working. So if things go this way and that way...it is OK,,,,just keep on working and doing what your told to do.You might be on your way to a pizza business yourself. HAVE FUN!

dude, i don't want you to look like a fool. first throw some flour on the surface you will be spreading the dough ball out on. start by pressing the middle of the dough ball and work your way out to flatten the dough. when you put the sauce on, start in the middle, then make a circle motion and work your way out also. when you put the pizza in the oven, give the pan or the peel a little jerking action when you pull it out from under the pizza when you put it in.

the first thing you do is wash your hands, then put flour on the place where your going to put your dough, after that put the dough on the place where u put flour... next you roll the dough out, then put the sauce and then the ingredients. then cook when done with all the stuff clean the dishes.

Hey kid ! Good for you. Years ago, my competition made the best pizza crust in town; I had the best toppings. So, business is business--I hired a spy to go and work there. The big "secret"--- brown sugar instead of white sugar to work with the yeast. The crust is lighter and browns beautifully.
