Does anyone have a hamburger soup recipe with cheese?!


Question: This one is really good!

Hamburger Stew

1 lb hamburger meat (cooked and drained)
4 oz of velveeta cheese
1 can corn (undrained)
2 cans minestrone soup
1 can water
1 can jalape?o ranch style beans
1 can rotel

Stir and simmer in a big pot! It's got a little kick to it, but it's so good!!

HAMBURGER-CHEESE SOUP

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery chunks
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
2 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. corn
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain fat. Place in crock pot and add soup mix. Then add the remainder of the ingredients. Add water until water is about 1 inch above ingredients. Cover and cook 4 to 4 1/2 hours on high or all day on low. Before serving, add the Cheez Whiz.

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

Serves 6

1 1/2 cup water
2 cups potatoes -- peeled & cubed
2 small carrots -- grated
1 small onion -- chopped
1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped
1 jalapeno pepper -- seeded & chopped
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef -- browned & drained
2 1/2 cups milk -- divided
3 tablespoons flour
8 ounces Velveeta cheese -- cubed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 pound bacon slices -- cooked & crumbed

In a large saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in beef and 2 cups of milk; heat through. Combine flour and remaining milk until smooth; gradually stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add cayenne. Top with bacon just before serving.
