Can i use carnation evaporated milk for cornbread?!

Yes, you can. In fact, lots of cornbread recipes call for evaporated milk. Some people add a little water to the evap. milk to thin it out a little, and some don't. Depends on how rich you want it to be.

Yes you can.You can also add a bit of cold water to the evaporated milk if you wish.
