yes. signature dish is my pasta with red meat sauce...it is to die for...would be proud to serve it in any high end italian restaurant....my friends love it.
Gimme chicken and a lemon and I can ROCK dinner! I make chicken with lemon pepper sauce and chicken francaise equally well.
I have a giant Weber Smoker than can smoke 15 whole chicken, or 4 hams, or 2 turkeys at a time.
My Weber Smoker parties were fun and easy. I would make a huge potato salad, a large array of sliced raw veggies with bottles of dressings, a mountain of breads, and ice boxes of ice-cold San Miguel beer.
Everyone helped themselves to the smoked meats and made their own combinations of veggies.
