friday night was baked cod with mac n cheese

saturday was a family dinner - i made bbq chicken breast and thighs, with a hash brown casserole, green beans, corn bread, lemon pie, chocolate pie, sweet tea, and lemonade

tonight is roast beef, mixed veggies, and taters

Tonight Is Italian sausage and pepper hoagies with provolone cheese

We're having home made pork egg rolls and fried rice tonight.

I think I'll go with terriyaki chicken stir fry.

I am going to make spaghetti the weight watchers way. Get on their website and even though alot of the ideas are low in fat they are very yummy and healthy too!

Make mini pizza's using english muffins. SOOO easy. All you need is cheese, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni and whatever else you like on it. I just pop them in the oven for 10 min at 400 degrees. SOOO yummy.

for a creative idea though, make home made pizza! You can put anything you want on it. I use a tea biscuit dough for the crust and its really tasty.

Or chilli is always good........

I'm not going to have a lot of time to cook tonight, so I'm planning to make biscuits & sausage gravy! Kind of a breakfast food, but since we usually don't eat big breakfasts we sometimes have eggs, sausage, pancakes, egg burritos, or any other kind of breakfast food for dinner. It's usually fast and good!

Squid Stuffed with Rice - It tastes better than it sounds it is a lovely Greek dish and the English direct interpretation of the name is really unfortunate.

brown rice and frozen veggies stir fried with terryaki and soy sauce, last night was just spaghtetti and pest with chicken, incredibly easy , the pesto comes in a jar, refrigerated pizza dough with toppings of your choice are super easy too

Steamed mussels in white wine sauce.

Pirogies with bacon and fried onions/green peppers served with sour cream.

kid cuisine for the kids?

pork chops, turnips greens, baked sweet potatoe and cornbread

Smothered pork chops (lots of carmelized onions are the smothering part), corn muffins, roasted potatoes.... apple sauce! ?

Try cheese sloppy joes, Brown, add onion, add cheddar cheese soup. Serve on buns. Add taco powder if you like.

Look for a new meatloaf recipe. Bake it in a muffin pan--it cooks much faster.

Use either homemade or prepard. frozen meatballs. Add pasta sauce, chopped green peppers, onions, whatever you want. Have a meatball sub.

Shake cut up bite sied pieces of chicken breast in a bag w/ 1/4 c oil & an envelope of hidden Valley Ranch dresssing mix. ake 350 for 45-60 min. Serve w cooked noodles.

Im making soft tacos with carnitas (pork) Rice, and corn salad. Home made salsa and tomatoes to top the tacos sour cream for those who want it . And Cream Cheese brownies for desert.

Chicken noodle soup, home made. You add a can of evaporated milk at the end and it makes it creamy and goooooood. French bread and a salad to go with it all.
