I was hard boiling eggs and I waited for it to boil and then turned off the stove...?!

Question: And promptly forgot about the eggs. About an hour and 15 minutes later I went to get a drink and saw them on the stove. I rinsed them with cold water and put them in the fridge right away but this was about an hour and 15 minutes since they had been boiling and I turned the heat off.

Are they still safe to eat?
