Need a good recipe for Boneless Pork Chops, see details!?!
Does anyone have a good recipe for pork chops? I don't want them to be too dry! THANKS!
Answers: I need a good recipe to cook my four boneless pork chops that I've just thawed, but most recipes need an onion, fresh garlic, etc; none of which I have. I do have some fresh oregano, sage and thyme, a little italian dressing, some olive oil, and maybe a can of diced tomatoes, perhaps some mushrooms and maybe some black olives.

I usually season the pork first with some salt and pepper. Then beat an egg and dip the pork in the egg. Then in a separate bowl mix some flour with whatever seasonings you like and dip the pork in the flour mixture. In a frying pan heat some olive oil and fry the pork until golden brown :)
Simply pan fry the chops in a heated pan with a bit of olive oil...sprinkle salt/pepper and oregano..only saute for a few seconds on each side until a bit browned, then bake in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
If you only used just the pan, they will come out dry..use the oven method and you should be fine.
You can saute the mushrooms and tomatoes with olive oil and pour over the chops for a sauce..good luck!
all you need to do is bake the chops with either bread crums or cheese crackers (cheez its) it is delicious
Maybe not tonight but another night buy some egg plant..add this to your cooked chops along with a 15oz can of diced tomatoes. For 4 chops buy 6 egg plants yellow or green. slice 1/2 inch pieces cook for 20 minutes till eggplant is tender tender..you ll love it.
Marinate your Boneless Pork Chops in the Italian Dressing for 45 minutes. While that is going on, mix your diced tomatoes, mushrooms and thyme together with some EVOO and melted butter, then set aside. Boneless pork chops I love to saute, quick and easy..................if you want moist pork chops then don't over cook them, they have to be thin to be succulent or cooked for along time to be tender. Pork Tenderloin is what you need to try...............but, I digress, back to the protein du jour. Get a big saute pan, heat it to medium high heat, drizzle it with some EVOO and make sure it's hot. Add your Pork Chops and cook them so they are almost soft to the touch. Pull them out and set them aside to rest, they will continue to cook. Then, while your pan is still hot, toss in your tomatoes, shrooms and thyme with the drippings of the pork still in your pan.............toss until somewhat soft, then put this topping on top of your Pork. Happy Dinner to you!
