yogurt or sour cream for the <it>factor...gives flavour too...
and also for brownies...the main trick to moisten it is to reduce the cooking time...basically brownies are cakes but when you reduce the baking time...it becomes more fudgy and goooey...try it by about 10 to 15 minutes...
good luck = )

its not yoghart it makes them taste like sour milk. A good way to do it is

add a little less milk and depending on how many eggs you use you may want not to add as much buy smaller eggs

Oh and more flour helps to

Good luck

Faris is right, you also can elimanate an egg.Great tip for brownies, put them into paper cupcake holders

try applesauce or mashed banana. Both will compliment the brownies if you can taste it at all and will for sure make them moist.

If this is for a bakesale then NO banana or applesauce cause many people will not by ur products is they have gross crap in them. I recommend you use light sour cream instead of yogurt because it has less of a flavor, but much moister. Buttermilk is also a great option too. (a bit cheaper).

Use less or smaller eggs - eggs make cake products fluffy. Use more oil - oil is the ingredient that helps brownies obtain their moist and fudgy quality. Usually when you buy box brownies from the store and get the chewy or fudgy ones they only call for 1 egg and 1/4 cup oil. This is why they're chewier than some of the brownie recipes that call for 2 eggs.
