Stir fry is my favorite. Boil some white rice. Then cut up chunks of chicken breast and then fry it with a lil EEVO, cut up some red, green, and yellow peppers, an onion, some broccoli, carrots and any other veggie you like. Once the chicken is cooked throw in the veggies and continue to pan fry. When it is almost ready add the Kinkoman stir fry packet and some water(this is for the sauce) cook another 2 minutes and wa-lah the best tasting home cooked meal ever.... And it is good for you!!

well i don't know if you know about these kind of food but u can try: rice and peas with strew chicken,pealue/brown rice it includes chicken or whatever meat you want to put in it but I'll recommend chicken wing/turkey/chicken back,or peas soup or callaou soup you can also try strew codfish or smoke herein with provision.

shrimp w/ pasta
meatloaf and mashed potatoes
steak dinner
haddock w/ rice pilaf
chicken piccata

I like to do stir fries which are fast and good for you. Stir fry some chicken strips with a little soy sauce, add cut up veggies like carrot strips, red pepper strips, broccoli florets. Add some of those bottled stir fry sauces you can find in the supermarket too. Serve with rice or noodles.
I also put the stir fries into wraps. That's really good too. Just wrap the meat and veggies with a big spinach or whole wheat wrap. Another good thing to make is tacos with plenty of healthy side things like tomato, lettuce, sliced avocado and salsa. Try pasta with added vegetables too.

I agree... I once had a friend and we wrote down what we made every night for a couple weeks. New ideas are always nice.
beef and noodles (you can even buy the Amish made ones that taste almost homemade!!)

meatloaf
ham (either a picnic or just ham slices)
polish sausage/smoked sausage is good grilled with catalina dressing on it

I'm gonna keep checking back to get ideas from the others who answer!! Good question!!

I went through that too. Last summer I bought a quick-n-easy crockpot cookbook. I can get everything ready the night before or the morning of, plug it in, and dinner is ready when I get home from work.
Spagetti is easy. I always add fresh mushrooms and onions. And I serve it with cheese bread from the freezer section.
Taco salad is easy. We make the taco fixings and serve over tortilla chips.
And last but not least here is a new recipe that I've made a couple of times. It's excellent and easy. Follow the recipe as it reads even if you think the seasoning is kind of strange:
TACO SOUP (4 star recipe)

2 lbs hamburger

1 onion, chopped

1 can kidney beans

1 can chili beans

1 can corn, drained

2 cans Rotel w/green chili’s

2 cans chopped tomatoes w/juice

1 ? packages dry Ranch Dressing mix

Brown the hamburger and onions. Drain.

Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 1-2 hours.

Serve with Frito’s, grated cheese, and sour cream.

I rotate meals and try to space things at least two weeks apart. So if I make chicken stroganoff then I will make sure I don't make it again for at least two weeks. ALthough there are things that get repeated more frequently. I make make roast two weeks in a row but I will make it differently each time or I will have different sides like instead of mashed potatoes I make make noodles. Here are some things I make -
homemade chicken pot pie, baked chicken, tacos, baked tilapia, homemade mac and cheese, lasagna, manicotti, shrimp scampi, potato soup, vegetable beef soup, pork chops, BBQ ribs, cream chicken over biscuits(with mashed potatoes), homemade pizza, hot sausage pasta bake, ...

When I start to run out of new exciting foods I go to recipeezaar.com and start looking.

:::Chicken Tortilla Soup:::
Yummy Mexican chicken soup that is super easy, just dump the ingredients in the crock pot and let it cook! It is delicious!

2 cans chicken broth/stock
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes (can use another can of crushed if you don't like chuncks or vice versa)
1 can whole corn kernels
1 can black beans
1 small can green chilis (optional to taste)
1 14oz can enchilada sauce
1 small onion (diced)
2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
3 teaspoons cumin
3 teaspoons chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.5 lbs chicken (cut into pieces and cooked, I use breasts, but any meat will do, sometimes I use leftover meat from a whole chicken and just shred it up... whatever I have on hand really. Sometimes I even make it with beef!)

I garnish with sourcream, cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.

I just dump all of this in the slowcooker and let it go for a few hours, sometimes I need to add a little extra chicken stock, depending on how thick it is, this is kind of one of those recipes I add to every time... =] Let me know if you try it! My family just loves it!
