Answers: ok the recipe i have calls for 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme (crushed). of course i dont have no more is there anything else close to it i can replace it with.
Either leave it out all together, or you could try a mix containing thyme, herbes de Provence, poultry seasoning and italian seasoning all contain thyme. Other than that, I'd try marjoram or oregano. If it is just 1/2 teaspoon, it won't change the taste that much! Good luck! =]
