Does anyone have any recipes they learned while incarcerated?!

Question: My son was in jail for 6 months. When he came out, he had this recipe for top ramen, mayo, and cheese which you mixed in a sandwich bag. It was really good! Does anyone have any other recipes they would like to share with me?

This E-book is a free download and contains 490 award winning recipes, perhaps what you're looking for is in it?

Well I'm glad your son being in jail gave you some good recipes. I don't think there is a big call for gangster meals which you only get very few ingredients. Plus those items together sound very unhealthy and downright disgusting....ack.....Ramen and mayo!!! Instead of inquiring about other peoples jail house recipes try to think of ways you might be able to keep your son from going back to jail.

Addition: Well somebody has to care about your son and not his 'really good' recipes he learned while in the big house.

r u serious?.......ok....if you are i happen 2 know one "recipe" that my dad told me. All i know about jail food is...dont eat the brown round thing. (bolonie?)

okay......take a plastic cup of water add sugar and a big lump of bread and put it in a warm place for about a week (?) or so.....allow this to ferment,......u may have beer later....HE did!

don't know people who are in jail or have been to jail...... I hope you get some great recipes, though.

These days, there is probably a "Jailhouse Cookbook," so go to your local bookstore.

Otherwise, check out the "Survival" section?
