add spinach, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, feta cheese, and lowfat ceasar dressing.

i like raspberry vinnagrettes...they're fat free, and really good too! i also buy the spring mix salad, instead of just romaine.

I like a salad with tomatoes and onions with oil and vinegar..pretty basic.

I like radishes, carrots, tomato's, cumcumber, and cheese. I use ranch dressing

romaine lettuce
baby greens
field greens
pure virgin olive oil and organic apple cider vinegar and herbs

I like baby tender greens . . .oranges or tangerines cut up . . . croutons with some balsimic vinegar dressing

I just do iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery, shredded cheddar, sunflower seeds, croutons. I'm stuck on ranch right now, but I also like a tomato bacon dressing on this type of salad. Yummy. I think I know what I'm having for lunch now!! :)

Raspberry Walnut Vinegar, Red Pepper Parmesan Italian Dressing, Balsamic Vinegar.

I add raw spinach, tomatoes, green onions, cucumber and sunflower seeds and sometimes walnuts, raisins, chopped apples and grapes.

I do spinach--lettuce of any kind doesn't have a lot of nutritional value--some are better than others. Here's my fav."

spinach
steamed asparagus (put into an ice bath)
steamed carrots (put into an ice bath)
steamed broccoli (put into an ice bath)
cucumbers
tomato
sprinkle of cheddar cheese
grilled chicken
cashews
Italian dressing.

Lettuce, cucumber, carrots, bell pepper (capsicum), fresh dill, mushrooms, tomato, celery and salad seasoning (Clubhouse).
Favorite dressing is balsamic vinaigrette.

My green salads have: mixed baby leaf (lambs lettuce, baby spinach, radacchio, etc...) cucumber chunks, radishes, peppers, celery, spring onions, sliced mushrooms. Don't tend to go for dressings- sometimes a bit of simple extra virgin olive oil, other times simple coleslaw.

I like to put olives (green and black) tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, garbanzo beans, and an Italian dressing

Fancy lettuce mix - Hard boiled eggs, Cucumbers, Chopped tomatoes, cheese (either crumbled or shredded) pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, heart of palm, shredded carrots, sprouts, dried cranberries.....I guess it just depends on the mood and what's in the fridge

chicken. I like Italian dressing and \ ranch dressing cheese ,olives ,raisins. anything th at you can put in a salad.

Good letuice, spring onions , Alfalfa (like cress but much better for you) spinach, rocket, mustard cress, and a little fennal tops drizzle with lemon juice , good olive oil and balsamic vinigar. Serve as a starter on a toasted chiabatta or sour dough bread next to a mozerrella ball topped with finely chopped chillis its lovely.

Well, I like to put in plenty of vitamin packed greens (our rabbit's food) and use a light sweet/sour oriental dressing.

Start with a different greener kind of lettuce (no iceberg), Romaine, add baby spinach, kale, chopped dandelion greens, then add the more human foods of broccoli, cherry tomatoes (for the lycopine), chopped bits of apples, carrots, almonds and mandarin oranges. For optional sweeter, add chopped strawberries and pineapples.

No cheese, no eggs please.

Spend some time in the produce section. Choose items that are in season, and have plenty of color. I've always liked cilantro, not everyone does. In the spring you can buy tomatoes of every variety; I especially like yellow tomatoes; choose them for color and firmness. Buy different lettuce according to your taste; I'm partial to iceberg lettuce because it's the only one that cleanes your insides. Button mushrooms, spring green onions, sweet bell peppers in red, yellow and green; get all 3, etc. There's a pear dressing that I am fond of, also a ginger. There are so many exotic dressings available; try one you've never tried before. The finale is buy a bag of assorted jumbo raisins, and sprinkle a handful throughout the salad. Pure heaven.

i like the spring mix, then i add dried cranberries
and toasted almonds for crunch
then what ever veggies i have around the house
lol, well the kitchen,
for dressing i make my own, just olive oil and red wine vinnegar

i lyke spinach, tomato, cucumber, sliced black olive, radish, a little red onion and a low-fat mint dressing

I went to a party once, and they served spinich salad with a vinegar and oil and fresh strawberries. Pretty and delicious.

I like mixed greens with tangerine slices, sliced almonds, feta cheese, and Raspberry Vinagrette...very light and delicious.

I also like mixed greens with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, permesean cheese, and croutons with the Good Seasons Fat Free Italian dressing.

I add (aside from various types of lettuce) tomato, cucumbers, hot banana rings, olives, cheese, red onions, crutons, and bacon bits. I use Marie's blue cheese and Kraft's catalina salad dressing "together" ....... always!

romaine hearts, spinach, cucumber, tomato, baby carrots, olives, raisins, and sunflower seeds. the dressing depends on what mood i'm in. ranch, vinaigrette, olive oil & lemon juice, or cilantro pepita ceasar.
