I like them cooked on the grill with BBQ sauce

I like to put sauer kraut, smoked sausage and beer in the crock pot and cook it on low for 4 or so hours serve with mashed potatoes and a green veggie! Yummy!

i grew up eating them with mac and cheese, though they may have been keilbasa. either way, they both are good with kraft mac and cheese. bbq sauce is good too.

yum, i love smoked sausage. I make chicken rice with it and it comes out insanely good.
Chop onions and garlic and fry in oil in a big pot until translucent. Put in sliced sausage and finely diced smoked bacon. Stir fry that until you can see that most of the fat has been cooked out of the bacon. Add diced red pepper and chunks of chicken thigh (boned) and cook 1/2 way. Add a cup of white wine and let it evaporate. Then add in the rice, some turmeric powder (1tsp) paprika, and saffron if you have. Fry the rice (raw and very well washed) a little until its coated with all the ingredients. Let this up with chicken stock (as much as it says on the packet and depending on how much rice you use) Cover stirring a couple times to stop it sticking and boil until there is very little liquid left. Turn the heat off, cover the pot with the lid and some tea towels and let it sit for 15 min. Serve!
