I am trying to make my own version of Max & Erma's Crispy Lasagna Rolls...?!


Question: but I am unsure as to what I should use to bread the rolls. Should I try regular Italian breadcrumbs, or should I give Japanese breadcrumbs (they are a lighter breadcrumb) a try? Suggestions anyone?

Use Italian bread crumbs. Its lasagna, an italian dish which means for better results you have to use the regular breadcrumbs.

I have used the panko crumbs on somethings breaded and baked they worked great.They can burn easy....you have to watch them closely.
