Bake potatoes while you chicken is cooking. OR bake beans. Whoa, that is making me hungry!!

MAC & CHEESE with some rice and baked beans! OR with corn on the cob with garlic or regular mash pottatoes! YUM! lol

Hope this helps you!

I would pair it with a side of buttery sweet corn or corn on the cob and some garlic mashed potatoes (red potatoes boiled in chicken broth and throw in a couple cloves of garlic. drain half the broth and just start mashin' away. Healthy version. no milk or butter. they won't need it. season with course black pepper)

You could make it into a nice roast dinner by cooking roast potatoes, roast pumpkin, and roast onion. Put all these in a seperate baking dish and add some of the chicken juices over the above to give it flavour and make it crispy.

You could then cook cabbage, Brocolli, Cauliflower, carrot and peas. Top it off with some nice gravy. Garlic bread on the side would top it off. For Dessert and Lemon Cheesecake.

well, you can cook it country. Fry some taters or cook some ranch style beans and some mac-n-cheese. Don't forget tater salad.
